Peter A. Tadeo
Founder and owner of The Tadeo & Silva Law Firm, attorney Peter A. Tadeo handles various legal matters in Georgia. Although Mr. Tadeo is an immigration lawyer Atlanta professional, he understands the importance of having superb representation when it comes to all legal matters. Mr. Tadeo, the son of Mexican/Italian immigrants, was born in Fresno, California. Having lived in Atlanta since 1995, Mr. Tadeo has seen the city become a place where people and businesses worldwide look for opportunities.
Mr. Tadeo earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia State University (GSU). He then attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. While at Mercer Law, Mr. Tadeo re-established the Hispanic Law Student Association (H.L.S.A.) and was elected President. Mr. Tadeo was a summer intern for the Georgia Asylum Immigration Network (GAIN), where he worked on complex Asylum, U-Visa, and T-Visa applications. Additionally, Mr. Tadeo worked for the Georgia Legal Services Program (G.L.S.P.) in Macon, Georgia, under the third-year practice act, representing indigent families throughout Middle Georgia with various legal issues.
Massiel Silva Tadeo
Attorney Massiel Silva Tadeo is a partner and owner at The Tadeo & Silva Law Firm. She practices removal (deportation) defense, family immigration, and hardship waivers. Mrs. Silva Tadeo was born in the Dominican Republic, and she personally recognizes the challenges of our immigration laws. Mrs. Silva Tadeo graduated from Emory University School of Law and Georgia State University. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association.
While in law school at Emory, Massiel was the Vice- President of the National Hispanic Bar Association Law School Division of the Georgia-Alabama-Mississippi region. She was also the Vice-President of the Latin American Law Student Association and a member of the Immigration Law Practice Society. During college, Mrs. Silva Tadeo worked for nearly two years at the Latin American Association, where she found her passion for advocacy for the immigrant community. Mrs. Silva Tadeo is an avid world traveler and enjoys dancing ballet and practicing yoga.
